Comments Date     By Kastan 2008-09-04 13:21:04 I have used the fizogen line of products with limited success. I used to race BMX on a national level and I was also a US Navy Diver. I always look for products that help me build mass and minimize recovery time. I have historically had the most gains going from the on to the off. This year going into the summer, I was right at 192-194 LBS. I am 5' 11" and may be 7-10% body fat. I saw that there was a On & Off II product and I decided I would give it a go. Now mind you, in October I will be 40 years old. I started the On II in May. I stacked in with HMB & Phosaphgain or what ever that Creakic stuff is. On the Off cycle, I stacked it with Gear Cycle. By the time I had completed the Off II, I was 204-207. I had maintained the 7-10% body fat ratio. I went from 225 last bench set 8 x to 245 last set 10 x. Curling free standing from 88 last set 8 x to 105 last set 10 x. 215 x 10 squats to 245 x 10. Also, I did note a major increase in reaction time. My mind was crystal clear. My snaps were spot on (Falcon BMX in Meridin CT & Hampton Super Track in Hampton VA) every time I put that bike in the shoot. I took some pictures to follow my progress. I am going to attempt to repeat these gains this fall with On & Off II stacked with Cell-tech & Nitro-tech. The On & Off II seemed to work very well for me. Name: Email: Comments :
