I decided to review this product in length and post it on multiple web sites since virtually no one else has done so from what I have seen.

Produced by Gaspari nutrition this product is a follow up to the previous Halodrol 50 which was "voluntarily" removed from the market. I purchased this product on recommendation; a nutrition shop.

I will try any reasonable product which is safe and efficient as well as legal. At the time I didn't know about the previous halodrol 50 that was removed from the market.

This version however is a new formula with different ingredients. The consensus is that the 50 version was much better than this version which is understandable if it contained "dubious" extras.

I took 3 gels a day from the stated 1 to 3 a day for 16 days up to this date (august 21st) with the only alteration in dose being that on the first day I only took 1 (I did this to test the water, safety first and all).

Out of curiosity and a sense of duty to others who might purchase this product I took 4 gels - which is one over the recommendation. I now plan to cycle the remaining gels down so I'm only taking 2 a day then 1 etc.

Although this is not an illegal steroid I felt this would be a wise precaution. My body weight was 84 kilos before taking halodrol and I am an ectomorph. It is worth noting I have trained with weights in a mix of power lifting, bodybuilding and Olympic style lifts (i.e squats, cleans, dead lifts) for 5 years. Although I have very poor genetics I am quite experienced, having gone from 54 kilos at 19 years old to 84kgs at 22 to 23 years of age (before the halodrol).

This cost me £50 in the shops (or about $110 for you guys over there in the US and Canada). It's costs much less on the net so thats why the review is so bloody long.

After 5 days my skin felt different not as much oily but more like the affects of a few beers the night before. After 8 days I felt noticeably different, my libido was up and I felt stronger and the iron was feeling lighter ;-).

On the 9th day I started to notice my recuperation and recovery had been greatly accelerated, which was always my weak point due to low testosterone and food intake. I was eating about 10% more due to an increased appetite.

On day 10 I noticed my biceps had become rock hard which was interesting. I barbell curled 130 pounds for 5.

By day 12 I felt very well and although this sounds absurd, I felt more "manly" than I ever have. This could be placebo but I don't play games with myself if you know what I mean.

All lifts went up 5k (about 11 pounds) and by day 14 I weighed 87kg. I have always been a poor bencher due to genetics with 220lb being 1 rep max. I have been benching 220lb for 1.5 years at my limit. On the 14th day I benched 200lb (90kg)? for 6reps with 8 being a stretch. So it looks like 220lb for 5 is on the cards which is about a 35lb difference in max.

The main increase came on shoulders by today with more size, mass and strength. I believe this product will show its affects in the arms most predominantly. I now weigh 91k or approx 205 pounds.

It remains to be seen if I will keep the gains but I hope this review helped you in your purchase guys. I will purchase another batch and review again to follow up the results.

In reference to the day I took 4 gels I could not stop thinking about women all day to the extent it disrupted my sleep but I recovered from training about 30% faster than usual.

I also recommend Morph by Isatori, as these caps were also contributing to my recovery, but not as much as the Halodrol was. Eat big my friends!
